Fund for the Most Vulnerable Areas

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a grain which grows seven ears; in every ear is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies for whom He wills. And Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing.”
(Al-Baqarah: 261)

Our organization exists to support the families most in need when crises strike, providing food, shelter, water, and medicine during emergencies. But we are also present after the crisis subsides, when the world’s attention fades. We work to create the conditions that allow life to return to normal, to provide protection, and to support livelihoods—so that people can support themselves and their families and live with dignity.

From wells and food aid in Gaza, to supporting refugees in camps in Sudan, to providing urgent meals and shelter in the aftermath of natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods in Indonesia, our Fund for the Most Vulnerable Areas works to support the most vulnerable families and individuals—saving lives and helping them rise out of the cycle of poverty.
